On this episode, as we have entered the new year of 2019, I thought it was appropriate to talk about fresh starts and new beginnings. Sometimes we feel that if we haven’t accomplished removing the toxic, the dead weight, the obstacles, the things that don’t mean us any good before we enter the new year that we have entered with baggage.
