I hope you’re doing Amazing. As I sit here in my office on a very extremely windy and rainy day in my neck of the woods (pun intended, as I live in the Boondocks LOL) I heard the ice cream truck rolling down the street. My first thought was, “why are they working on a day like this?!” Then I had to slap myself and remember the entrepreneur in me. When you are in business, and you have the spirit of a person that is driven for success, you move forward in spite of the conditions.
Now you don’t have to take this literally for every situation, but that is the truth. When you are driven to succeed, you do what is out of the ordinary sometimes. People that are not driven would probably say “You know what, it’s raining and windy, no one will be out buying ice cream today.” People that are motivated to win will say “I’m going to take this route with my ice cream truck and see who needs what I have to serve today!”.
This is true in business, no matter what industry you are operating in. When you have a desire to see your vision come to pass, you will move forward in spite of the conditions. You won’t allow the conditions dictate to you what you can have. You won’t allow the market being saturated stop you from getting your fair share. If you have a passion for something, go get it. If I didn’t move on my desire to be more, I would not be in a place where I can say I am successful, satisfied, and blessing others by creating opportunities for them to grow and thrive as well. I would not be serving my purpose as The Minister Of Beauty. What is your purpose? Make them wonder why YOU are working ; )
